Care Specialized Hospital provides the following healthcare services:

• General, laparoscopic and specialist surgical care
• Doctor consultation and appointments across multiple departments
• 24-hour emergency and operation facility
• Diagnostic and follow-up services for surgical and medical patients

Payment terms for our services:

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Payment is required at the time of consultation, admission or booking
• Refunds for cancelled appointments follow our standard cancellation policy below

Rules regarding appointments and cancellations:

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time
• No-show patients may be asked to rebook for a later available slot
• Emergency cases are attended immediately and are not subject to appointment rules

Important information regarding our medical and surgical services:

• Information on this website is for general awareness only and does not replace an in-person medical consultation
• All treatment and surgical decisions are made jointly by the patient and the attending doctor after examination
• Outcomes may vary between patients depending on individual medical conditions

The following activities are not permitted:

• Providing false personal or medical information during registration
• Attempting to access other patients' records or data
• Using automated systems to access our website without permission

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kishoreganj, Bangladesh.
